Amazing. 8/13 last time in what looked quite a competitive handicap. Got bashed on here.
Is P D'Arcy really the trainer?

That said though, we shouldn't forget Ghanaati won the Guineas hard held off a very generous looking 85. Perhaps D'Arcy does know best.

A bit harsh imo. He would have won the English Guineas with Indian Haven imo, had it not been murdered against the rail.
The stalls were quite rightly moved to the centre of the track the following year.

Think that honour went to a Loder trained animal who went off 6/5 in a hot 7f handicap on the AW at Lingfield a few years back, Dawn something if i remember rightly

The worst price ever?

Hmm...a shocking price to be sure but not sure if it's worse than Centre Stalls at 6-5 in the Wulfrun Stakes on his Fibresand debut, and Killer Instinct at 7-4 in the John Smith's Cup (with at least two previous offenses to be taken into account - joint fav with Kalanisi for the Heron Stakes and single-figures for the St James's Palace Stakes).

No i think the worst price ever was a horse called Edinburgh Knight.
2,000 GNS ante post 2.22 taken by the loony backer.
Even backed @ 7.4 for the GNS this morning.
