Stable got that wrong. Drifted to 17 before the race and 34 in running. I took 7-1 in the morning.

i backed it in the morning with s james at 7/1 but been settled at 7/1 ,thought they were b,o,g now i will have to ring them up

Stable had to get the price to make up for the intended double that went by the wayside in 3.50 Ponte.
I think Culhane said "blast it" when he passed the post in 2nd - but it could have been something stronger. |
