I was about 200k down when I first discovered Betfair,

now it's about 300k down.

i started with about £10 two months ago and have increased my bank by 45 times, only a small amount of money though, wondering whether to increase my bet size or just keep it small.

Was aiming for 1K by the end of the football season but have scrapped that and am just taking 1 day at a time.

keep doing what you are doing imo ( unless you are all in on every bet ;) )

No a point bet is about 2% of my account balance currently.

that is very good then as it's less likely to be down to luck if you build a bank like that with small bets , so you may be on to something

It can be done. Last year I turned £250 into £25k in 3 months...then I lost £15k in about 2 days...I had a couple of losers and chased...it was a pitiful experience, but i learnt from it.

There was a chap used to bet in our local laddies ... His nickname was Market George ... Used to run a stall on Saturday mornings in Long Eaton ... Did all right too ... Trouble is he was a compulsive gambler and for the most part it seems he was a serial loser as well.Many a time he'd come in with a wedge and go home skint.
He once asked if he could borrow my Timeform Yearbook,which I duly did.Then he went missing for a few weeks.I saw him walking down a street near where he lived and collared him about my book.Turned out he'd sold it :-(
