Santander do one for 3.5%, I think its fixed for 2 years.

I'm only 18 so I dont know much about these things, just heard the guy in Santander talking about them .

The problem with the 2 year fixed rates is that interest rates (and thus savings rates) are likely to start going up soon after the election so it might be worth either hanging on for a couple of months or at least looking for a one year rate at 3% (the Halifax do one of these) so you are not tied in for too long.
