in t&c they use the plural bets, i presume 10 on tote any way you want, we must be good boys this week.

Thanks, anyone know for sure?
Is it safe to just stick the £10 on a favourite to place, as long as he wins you then get the free £5 or have I missed something crucial out here? |
By:
It'll pay 1.10 or £1.20 if you're really lucky.

£10 in total -any amount of bets thru the day - i backed a very short fave to place last time whilst it was only returned at 1.02 the extra £5 ensured the effective return was bigger than the price of it winning

Tried this last time it was on put £10 place on Shake On It it paid out £30
Sp 14/1 5.3 for place on here Got a free fiver though |
By:
you could also pick a horse not to win/place and lay it back on here - as long as it doesnt win you make a fiver less comm - though a bit of a risk as the price is likely to be bigger on bf

By:
Brian surely that wouldn't matter as you'd get your stake back so winnings don't mattter and its securing the free fiver thats the aim, its just making sure you don't lose the £10 if you can?
By:
yeah I think that's the way to play it. Basically you are getting .5 added to your odds. So the maximum value is if you go on the shortest outcome possible.

coastly 210s to place at 1.22 only the hurdles can stop it
By:
i went with flouncing to place in 2.30 at folkestone, indicative 1.18 on betfair, shortest i found in scan.
By:
why can i not see the prices of the horses on the tote??
By:
OK Hgsuper, I accept your point. Will try to pick out that certainty during the pm.
By:
Im on coastly as well, will wait 5 mins before the off to make sure theres no more NRs which would mean only two places.
Also is it straight £5 credit or a £5 bet? |
By:
Good luck everyone on Coastly.
