I've been using betfair mobile, and tried to place a bet, and then after it taking ages to submit the bet, I end up with two identical bets.

Yes .. but they won, so couldnt complain , but it is useless at the moment..

Yes - more than once - I complained but guess what they say user error - it just freezes and you go out and go back in and it hasnt logged as a bet - then after teh race it has - in my case the three times it has happened were all double losers as they were lays that didnt get beat -

was thinking of getting a phone to do all this when ime out and about all ive been reading today is complete horror stories.betfair either sort it out or shut it down.
