The Lib -Dem party is currently 360-1 on here to have the most seats after the 6th May election.
Surely the true odds should be about 100,000 -1 ?
So its free money !

For someone with many many thousands in their Betfair account it is a no risk free money lay.
But it ties your money up for a month but its a better rate of interest than the Banks .

if the Liberals only win one election in 360 then that is only one every 1800 years.
I read that Queen Boudicca won the election in the year 210.
If you think of it in those terms then the odds of the Liberals winning are too long.
After all they won an election as recently as 1910, if only by a whisker.

Liberal victory 7-1 with hills today.

Are you thinking of going all red on this one?

This has the potential to be up there with the "Get your whole bank on Phil Taylor" thread.....

If the Lib Dems can convey the message that voting for them is not a wasted vote, who knows what could happen.

I think you will find that boudicea died in ad60 and they didn't have election in those days, She was of royal blood.

You will also find that the Conservatives got more of the vote than the liberals with 46.8% in 1910

I'm not an expert on the mechanics of our electoral process but I'm getting the impression that the Lib Dems would have to do extraordinarily well to actually win seats of the number that Lab and Con get. Which is why Labour are very pleased with this turn of events

and the current price of Lib Dems to gain the most seats could be extremely wrong

OVERSEAS - yes you are correct ! I put the LIBS up as "FREE MONEY" only a few days ago .
However only circa £13k has been matched on them and the odds have shrunk from 360/1 (or more ) to only 70/1 to-day .
If the LIB- DEMS win the election I shall put my house up for sale on here for only £1 !

which part of the country do you live in Dik? I am a cash buyer no chain can complete straightaway, can send you the quid via pay pal.

Lib Dems are the same as Labour but even more politially correct.

More of the same education system that has left our working class amongst the least educated in the world. While sending their own kids to some of the best schools in the world.

Even more immigration to supply cheap labour for big business.Their immigration spokesman said yesterday that the south east was full so he would allow more immigration to other parts of tghe country,He was not concerned that we are fast heading to 70 million population and being the most populated country in the world(already 3rd after Bangladesh and South Korea).Or that ew have more than 4 million people wasting their lives on the dole or sickness benefit.

More handing over of our democracy to an unelecyed Europe.

Think everything that has ruined this country the last ten years and the Lib Dems have been strong supporters of these polocies. One appearance by another public school educated member of the political elite trotting out the same old meaninless platitudes.Again the same people who fell for Blair

......are fooled again.Vote for any of the 3 parties and you will get more of the same. The political elite looking after themselves and their own interests.

Vote UKIP at least it is saying you have had enough of being shafted.

Had a few quid on a Labour majority the other day. Funnily enough, with the way our electoral system works the upsurge in Liberal popularity has made that even more likely, bizarre as that may sound.
