very bleak afternoon imo english racing no horse fit my criteria the south african racing was bad trainers at that meeting just have to wait to my speciality the us racing comes on or go to sleep afternoon nap

Full stops are an integral part of grammar. At least that's what my English teacher told me.

yes. Howwever it is called punctuation , which is slightly different to grammar . Solve your grammar first and then deal with your punctuation . Not the other way round.
