im a great believer that u need discipline in all aspects of life so due to a few late nights tonights the night when it hits 1 am lights out eyes shut alarm on for 6am now thats discipline

cant sleep m8 but will try and sleep at 6 then put on alarm and get up at 8am till then its aussie and kiwi horses i cant m iss aintree 2 moro especially when bbc have horse racing and i take that as a complement i hope im the next harry findley
