Markets are a pain to load much of the time , i prefer betfair lite.

never used it.. whats wrong with it

Got to agree its shocking on mine now, keeps saying my session has expired and need to login again (thats before i have evn looked at a single market).

i agree its been horrendous for the last 3 weeks

It was horrendous at both Cheltenham and Aintree where it was impossible due to too many people jamming the phone signal.They really need to do something about it ASAP.

It was a complete waste of time using it yesterday at Aintree... needs something doing

I was getting logged out this morning at 10 o clock - that is not to do with traffic going through the site at that time

Cant even download it now on same phone that it worked fine on before absolutely crap now

I attempt to use the app onsite at meetings and have reverted to ringing the Mother F*ckers up to place a trade. talk about a step backwards......**it you twits. ye are taking enough commission off us to pay a couple of developers.

i phone network unable to cope ,lots of people trying to submit bets just before/after the off ,suspect that bf might be using some sort of priority system as well but it is generally very poor now and totally unreliable .the entire mobile network is forked with the i phones and people streaming video etc ,better to use mobile broadband and fire up a laptop ,its also strange how my early nokia worked fine using gprs but with "mobile internet " (watever the fook that is ) it is very poor now ,the phone companys are taking control of your phone and its setting more and more so who knows whats really going on

i used it today trying to back over 2.5 goals on the man city game. It said no response from the server, didnt have time to try again so i left it. Checked my balance recently it put the bt on twice. Had two 100 pound bets instead of just 100. If it hadnt have came in would be extremley f*cked off

There is nothing Betfair can do regarding the speed of Betfair mobile when you are standing in a field with 70K-90K people around you.

In fact you'd be lucky to get a call through at Aintree and Cheltenham. Data requests get put to the back of a very long queue for mobile services and until networks improve there is nothing Betfair can do with trying to get on when you are in an area with poor network infrastructure and loads of people using their mobiles.

Service has been terrible for the last couple of months.Can only improve.
