True enough, thousands of PROPUNTERS have gone skint by forgetting to withdraw.

I got my bank up from 10k to 26k in two months, using specific parameters.
Then I got greedy, bet outside the parameters to give myself an interest in more races and within six months lost the lot.
Had I kept within my own 'guidelines' I would have continued to grow my bank.
My losses came when I thought I was infallible.

agree with both lmfao and Jocked, i can build a nice bank up, but i have to withdraw and start again or i just get**y and blow it, when your bank gets bigger you think you are bullet proof and then** it all away imo

I laid horses at under 7-4 to win £500 that had no prior record of handling the ground that they would be running on and were trying a new trip.
Relatively quickly amassed profit equal to 32 units after commission.
And then Saaed bin Suroor ran a whole lot of newcomers last autumn and I laid them win and place because they were shorter than 7-4.
I thought 'under 7-4' was a false price so laid them because I just wanted an interest in the race.
My original parameters would not have countenanced laying a newcomer.

Majority of fulltimers on here will make their money in the two horse races like tennis, cricket, snooker etc.
Horse racing is tough to profit on consistently and in the long term because there are so many variables to it and luck plays a greater part in the outcome. Though if people are losing at racing, it stands to reason others are winning - somehow!
