I said that after Aintree I would reignite this debate.
I predicted Mr Greatrex would have a disasterous season. I think the biggest first prize he has won is about 6k. His predecessor won Scottish Grand Nationals, Whitbreads, big handicaps, 2nd in a Sun Alliance and is now helping train Gold Cup winners.
I don't blame Mr Greatrex I blame Mr Denmark who clearly doesn't have a clue.
Other people on here predicted Mr Greatrex would have a great season - where are these people now??

again we are back to this..after bad runs from 2 novices on quick ground at Chepstow yesterday no doubt. Trainer has a lot of young horses..1st season..private trainer to boot and strike rate 20% for chasers and 9% for hurdlers is a reasonable start....give him 2-3 years and lets have a look..give it a rest Meat Loaf..
