Straight after Ruby's fall, when it looked quite serious to everyone else, he was interviewing Paddy Brennan as he pulled up on the winner.
First thing Paddy said was 'how's Ruby?', and Rishi our expert, who no way could have known, announces to the world 'he's fine'.
Seconds later they were errecting screens round Ruby!!
Very irresponsible broadcasting, tho we probably shouldn't expect anything else these days.

"We think he's ok, he's still down at the moment, we'll bring you news"
Considering that the first camera shot we saw of Ruby was of him sitting up, I don't really see what's so outrageous about that, which I just copied directly from iPlayer (skip to 1hr57m). Though Rishi's horse racing credentials (if such a thing exists) are open to scrutiny, can we really knock him for being unable to diagnose a fractured arm based on what his producer is telling him down an earpiece?

To be fair Ruby did get up and walk away from flight before sitting down again on the infield where he was attended to.
Screens were put up for privacy and there was no frantic action from medical staff just took a while to stabilise and bandage arm so he never looked seriously hurt but obviously broken arm enough to stop him riding BFT.
Think Paddy was concerned it was really bad which as he had already walked away it obviously wasn't.
