I know everyone is going on about the ludicrous amount of springers in the market 20 mins before the off yesterday, but conversely was anything pushed out at all in the same time period?

Biggest I can find from the Racing Post is that The Package opened 12/1, went to 16/1, and then came back in to 14/1.

Just seen Dream Alliance went off 16/1!! I considered not going to Aintree so that i could PLACE lay that large at around 12s and watch it over the first 6 just to be sure!

i think i saw some figures a couple of years ago that suggested overround somewhere in region of 1.48% per runner, so that is actually in line with most races across the board |
