what waa that guy talking about ran better in the champion than today - champion = champion hurdle, what's not to understand ? it was placed in that race but not today

im saying that every 1 keeps saying zaynar needs 3 miles but he ran better in the champion hurdle than today over an extra half mile. i think the horse is just ordinary

winning a Triumph Hurdle then coming back a year later to get placed in a good Champion Hurdle is not the mark of an ordinary horse - Big Bucks is a champion no doubt about it but not over 2 miles

I dont think the horse is ordinary, he looks like he is going sour. A lot of daylami's do it when they older.

everything that could go wrong for zaynar did today he hated the track
almost fell over 3 out and got badly hampered 2 out and still ran on hes screaming out for 3m at the moment theres no dangers to bb but zaynar would give em a race bb would never get placed in a champion hurdle

i never said he was a champion over 2 miles . but im just saying that theres no way zaynar would beat big bucks at any trip . zaynar is woefully slow imo and he never looked like getting into the race .

i dont think henderson believes zaynar can get anywhere near big bucks iva. if big bucks wasnt around hed probly be aiming long run at the world hurlde nxt year or at least giving him a try at it

I think Zaynar will be aimed at the WH next season, today he wasnt going at all and still stayed on very well. Unless he becomes more quirky.

True, as a juvenile he travelled well and at ascot he was breathtaking but henderson doesnt often fit horses with cheekpieces so something tells me that we may have seen the best of this horse. I hope i am wrong tho.

He hasn't travelled at all well in either of his last two races. Unfortunately for him today just as he seemed to be coming back on the bridle he got badly interfered with and bjg lost an iron. For him to run on to be third was pretty extraordinary imo. For those that say he is ordinary find that a little stupid when in 7 hurdles starts he hasn't been out of the frame and three of them have been grade 1's. he also seems to be a horse that needs to be fresh i'm not sure either that the cheekpieces were needed today bearing in mind they were stepping him up in trip. Be a nice chasing type if connections went that route next year

Mr Wiltshire certainly provides the solution to the long-running unsolved case of ''Who ate all the pies?''

I kinda like him, actually. He does the ''sarf england geezer betting guy in the ring'' a lot more likeably than McCririck does.

Zaynar needed a stiffer track then the aintree sharp hurdle track that isnt much stiffer then the champion hurdle race, add to the fact it is quick ground he was always going to have trouble to keep up, his class got him placed, he would have been placed this year in the orld hurdle

It's a long way off, but we're pretty sure he'll be going for the race, 3m should suit given he hits a flat spot in races, he's a former Festival winner which is a big plus, likely to get ground to suit.

I'm also not 100% convinced Big Buck's will be going for the race because I know they think they have a possible Gold Cup winner on their hands. Denman and Kauto are not exactly spring chickens anymore.

For me, Zaynar's a decent each-way bet at 10/1.

I would like to congratulate Garry for his Point to Point feature may help that industry a little. which cant be bad.

Good Luck and keep the comments up, still much better than the man in the deer stalker hat.

aintree 2m4f = chelthenham 2m imo plus pace today was ordinary
zaynar needs at least a stiff 2m4f plus a good galop

This isn't the first time a horse has run below form at Aintree after Cheltenham. Shant be writing him off just yet myself.
