Not me I dont bet in chases. Must admit I no longer enjoy watching them esp at the festivals where we are guaranteed this carnage. That resembled the charge at Balaclava...

Death happens....i eat 5 or six different animals every week - they have no life outside of being slotted into an abbatoir timetable.

No horses without racing but I think we should make it as safe for them as possible. Aintree should be/have been watered imo and the national fences should be made easier to jump. It's all very well for prats like G. Mccain to say horses aren't true champions unless they jump these impossible jumps and there should be a stone wall to jump but that old cnut hasn't got to jump them has he?
