Theres a lot potential on display in the 2.15 but osana looks good value at 11/4.

Noble Alan and Bergo have been beating trees all year and have it all to do to prove they are anywhere near this class. Not saying they can't win but not for me at the prices.

Tataniano has won a couple of small field novice chases before disappointing at newbury of soft ground. The ground was paul nicholls excuse that day but didnt seem to mind it soft when winning at cheltenham the run before so the jury is out on that. Priced mainly on connections today imo

As for the rest of them again most of them have potential but been running at a level or two below Osana whos run in the arkle looks rock solid with both somersby and mad max franking the form on thursday.

The Arkle will prove to be very strong form this year in my opinion and 11/4 to win this looks outstanding value and rates as the best bet on the aintree card

good luck all

Tataniano may have won on soft but he is unbeaten on good ground. He needs it to produce his best.

agreed i love tataniano . has serious potential to blow orses away on good ground. get a nice pace with osana in today which will help him settle

yep ground could certainly be bring out further improvement but got a long to improve to get to Osana's level

Osana is an extremely sound jumper, and I expect it to win.

backed it at cheltenham osana and i think he needs cheltenham to show top form . i expect a long hard seasont o have took its toll on him today and even if it hasnt i see tataniano beating him

Osana dissapointing at Cheltenham, but as has been evident over the past few days, that form can mean everything or nothing. So its probably a worth favourite again today

osana was not disapointing at cheltenham he ran a fantastic race imo
Report geton April 10, 2010 10:54 AM BST
yeah right far from disappointing

Cheltenham the problem rather than a good reason for a win today
Report geton April 10, 2010 11:19 AM BST
won at cheltenham and ran well at this meeting last year to finish second.

See no reason why this year should be any diffterent

I remember Nicholls saying earlier in the season that Tataniano probably wasn`t up to winning a Grade 1 but to be fair there are no Sizing Europe`s in this race so he probably has as good a chance as any. I wouldn`t be backing anything with confidence though as this race looks wide open.

The Arkle is a good pointer to this race, but Tatatianio would have been a big contender for that had he got the right conditions. Today he has and I think he'll make Osana look rather ordinary by comparison.

4-1 is certainly generous as its really a two horse race :)

Any takers for see u bob at a price?
Beat Kempes who won twice since i think then finished 2 lengths 2nd to citizen vic (rip) who was running well at chelt. Fair enough this was heavy ground but beat go native in a bumper by 8 lengths on good ground.. Serious form. Lightly raced, totally unexposed, fresh horse lined up for the race, trainer knows time of day. Only negative i can see is lack of experience which could prove his undoing. Still im on..

bergo jumps well likes ground and is improving, possibly better going righthanded ,but very difficult to keep out of a place.
