I'm not entirely clear how demanding everyone pick a horse each-way in a field of 40 yielding just four places over 30 fences sorts the Men from the boys?
The place portion of your bet provides scant insurance against being brought down, for example. And it's a tad tough only having four places, the same as a handicap with 24 fewer runners. Maybe we're talking about not very bright Men? Oh, go on, then - King Johns Castle. |
