one which interests me here is the dave Marnane trained cool Athlete.Out of a group 1 winner over a mile and out of a marju mare she has plenty of speed and stamina in her pedigree.Argueably still a maiden from 11 starts and far from the stable star he looks to be well in here off 50.Over c & d last july he went down by a short head to Vaporetto he was given a strange ride when kept at the back all the way through and just failing to get there but he looked an unlucky loser.he went on to run in a competitive galway festival handicap when going down by 11ls to few are choosen.Few are choosen is now rated 88 and looks a progressive animal and last time finished 5ls behind raise your heart whos rated 100 on the flat.After that race Cool Atlete went on to compete in a better handicap when he was 3ls behind ufallya.Ufallya went on to be placed twice and win again and its also worth noting that cool atlete gave ufallya 8ps that day and ufallya is now rated in the high 60s.Last ime out cool atlete ran a similar race when well beaten but its worth noting again that ufallya ran a faster race with the penalty then he did previously.Tonight cool atlete goes back to an easier apprentice handicap and has one of the best jockeys in the race on his back.Unfortunately he hasnta great draw in stall 9 but i would expect him to be up with the pace to avoid hassle .If his fit enough and there to win from his 7 month absense then he could wee be in with a shout and he looks a good ew bet here @ 6/1
