Clueless, and god only knows how she gets gigs like The Football League show and now this - has absolutely no clue. Very embarrassing when she did the live reports on the Millwall v Charlton game a few months ago - the terminology she used was embarrassing i.e. he kicked the ball into the net (I kid you not!) when describing a goal. :0
