Have to say, after visiting Aintree yesterday, that I was so impressed with the facilities, the atmosphere and the wonderful friendliness and hospitality of the staff and local people. Unlike many racecourses, there were plenty of toilets, bars, eateries etc meaning you never had to queue for anything and although it was only the first day of the meeting, they were really prepared for the big increase in attendance for Saturday. Hats off to Aintree for a wonderful racing experience!

It must be hard to be prepared for that race. They should announce the date in advance in future so they can get ready.
