Yday, paid out top 3 on first y'day- only 7 runners (Possol @ 40/1)
Gave me a free £5 bet on the Masters even tho my National Bet was Ante Post and did not actually qualify to get it...
Refunded me my Ante Post Whinstone Boy G/N bet, tho I placed the bet about 2 weeks ago, not under NRNB rules...

It's an investment. They don't want to lose customers after all the hammerings the bookies have dished out of the last few weeks. A lot of refunds will go back of losing national horses anyway.
I do like billys myself just wish they would go the extra places @ cheltenham etc. However on a slightly different note VC MIGHT be going to start E.D I had to phoone them as price changed when I was putting my patent on so it went down as win only spoke to a nice lady who said "thats fine sir I will put the rest on as a place patent" I asked if they did E.D they said not as a rule but it was something they were considering as there had been a lot of call for it recently. Heres hoping.
