Why does ATR wait until they are racing before notifying their viewers that there is a colour change. I can understand it if they have no man at the track (or it is Zoey) but they have a reporter there ... don't they think it is important?

colour changes shd be outlawed... no reason for them at all. I mean u dont know who owns it yesterday?
