its a bit too far ahead for me ATM liberated still concentrating on the arc but one that would interest me for the ryanaire is grangeclare west who was unbeaten 2 from 2 and only around 3/1 for the brown advisory iirc before a setback ruled him out for the season , a bit of a speculative one and Mullins has a whole battalion of contenders for the gold cup but this one woulda been interesting for the ryanaire only 7 runs in total winning 5 of those and unbeaten 2 from 2 over fences and being so lightly raced has room for any amount of improvement 33/1 wi the books for the gold cup and around a similar price for the ryanaire problem is we don't know which race he could go for and also how he will come back from being cast in his box . I looked up cast in his box and it is the horse has been laying down and unable or unwilling to get up ,it can happen by the horse laying too close to a wall of his box ,typically a horse that has been cast inadvertantly positions its legs so close to the wall or some other obstruction in its stable and cannot extend them sufficiently to roll over or stand up . cast horses typically panic and thrash about violently and can bang there legs and head on walls of the stable . if left for hours at a time in a prone position it can cause muscular damage so should be helped to their feet as soon as possible . given the professionalism of the top yards I wouldn't imagine the horse would have been ln that position for many hours they are after all expensive commodity's who get the best of care and attention. we don't know how he will come back but he is one I will be keeping my eye on for both the ryanaire and gold cup.

L’Homme Presse for me.
Patently didn’t stay in the Gold Cup but still ran well and finished just ahead of Bravemansgame. Been lightly raced the last two seasons so hopefully hasn’t gone over the top yet. |

Mullins. Doesn't need to look after long term injured horses, every horse that cant run is given the best treatment but a long term injury gets moved out because there is a queue of owners waiting with fit horses. The fact he has kept the horse in his stable over after a long term injury is another positive.
