Excellent news. Betfred refusing to pay out the guy who won on their on line casino game has been sorted by the courts. Serves them right. Hope they think again before welshing next time.
The attitude that bookies have - punters are not supposed to win - never more well illustrated. Just for once the money printing on line casino scam has not worked and the welsher have been told to pay out by the courts. Very good. Justice is Donne. Up like a kipper!
How many times do they refund punters because a computer glitch meant punters never won?

I think the outcome of this case is colossal for punters playing online games. It clearly indicates bookies can no longer hide behind some absurd and obscure terms and conditions to refuse a payout of this kind. The way 'baldie' has capitulated and apologised indicated to me the "glitch" was a convenient and only way of "stalling" the payment to frustrate and test the resolve of the winning punter.
A precedent has been set - there's no going back. Nevertheless, a shame though that 'baldie' has not been fined eg 10x disputed amount/licence to trade suspended for 3 months to deter other "bad losing" bookies for deliberately "obstructing and welching" on a winning slot/casino game of this kind. |

hopefully he loses a lot of buissness over trying to dodge the big payout ,who in their right mind would stick a potential life changing bet on with baldy after his shenanigans in this case.
