McFabulous is the 6/4 jolly after a good 3rd against Paisley Park and Thyme Hill in the Long Distance at Newbury - he seemed to have faded in the last 2f. He was 15/8fav in that race, and had already beaten Younevercall and Summerville Boy - 2nd and 3rd fav for this - there fairly and squarely. Over this shorter trip and inferior opposition 6/4 is a good price, surely, assuming he turns up and the race is on.

Agreed if it goes ahead. The 2 that beat him have confirmed themselves as the best staying hurdlers around. I have been looking at forecasts and Kempton looks the one meeting that might go ahead on turf before Monday.

All three GB jump cards look promising now as temperature has risen a bit.

Nicely done, but no Stayer Hurdle surely. Aintree perhaps.

Nicholls favours the Fontwell race and then Aintree which makes sense. Then fences next year.
