be carrying about a stone more this year,
if they put a pro up and not a claimer. |

Still only 5 so at his peak to cope with the rise in the weights from last year which was more than fair seeing as the form was so hot. Actually all his Newmarket form previous to that all worked out really well and he's never finished out of the first 3 there. Backed him last year at this time at 40/1 and can tell you that I wasn't best pleased when Thore Hammer went for home a furlong too early! A pro would have offset the claim by holding on to him a bit longer but he still blitzed the field before being run down by a group 1 winner. I think they'll put Thore up again though. Anyway he's 20/1 and I'm sure he'll turn up so I've backed him..obviously I needed to say more

TOP RANK 14-1 b365 1st 5 a place seems more than fair.
Win and e.w. for me. |

Cashed out my Top Rank bet, down to run Saturday in Group 3 and starting to think connections might not go for this.

TEMPUS has come into his own this season and is 3lbs well in on his new OR after winning comfortably over the Ascot mile last time. He's still very lightly raced and beautifully bred and I reckon he's the proverbial future "Group horse running in a handicap". At 8/1 with 5 places imo he's a standout EW.

Looks like Beringer not running now but also backed Bell Rock at 20/1 as well so hope that turns up
|
|
By:
Yours and mine both declared gg, Bell Rock 14/1 now
|
|
By:
thrown a few £ ew on last years 3rd and bell rock's stablemate GOOD BIRTHDAY.
dropped to a nice mark considering he as not run that badly recently, major worry he only turned out last saturday when given no chance from a rear position at newbury. think this race/track suits his run style, just taking that risk he turns up. good luck with your picks. |

Don't want to aftertime so my other bet still alive is a Sinjaari/Verdana blue autumn double

Sorry mm, but could you explain that, I don't get it!
|

By:
He's either calling you a fantasist driver or referring to the Gosden good thing which won a few years back..
|
|
By:
its the latter, think its a classic group horse in a handicap

I know that giggity, but does he fancy it strongly?

Sorry I get it now. Hope we're right mm!

Agreed KIW ..... Interesting run lto.
Lovely racing weight if he is declared, any change in headgear would be interesting. Not sure which jockey Balding could use who can do the 8-04 lb. The draw and possibility of rain, both temper any enthusiasm for now. |
|
By:
tempus got a nice draw -23
|
|
By:
Yep they've shortened Tempus and pushed out Sinjaari slightly on account of the draw. I've gone through all the video form and I strongly fancy Sinjaari now. Not worried about the draw just really worried about the weather. Looks like it's going to pis$ it down plenty before the race..just hope the word good remains in the going description so I can have a decent bet on him. Horse I'm most worried about is another Haggas horse Ilaraab lurking at the bottom on 8st 3lb and also another 3yo Lucander who I definitely think will go close if it turns soft. Anyway that's my Tricast..everyone can post their CTCs below

Usual lottery but will back the following each way (7 places)
Think a high draw will be favoured so Lucander and Dubai Mirage Derevo in case the far side throws up one. May your god go with you in this charge. |
|
By:
I wouldn't call it a lottery, there have been plenty of well fancied runners win this and many successful gambles. Good betting medium imo
|
|
By:
I have always been a fan of Fifth Position
Lucander should go well At a big price Bear Force One |

Welcome to the lottery.

Farce of a race in afraid. Draw advantage immense !!!

Yep .... could not agree more with Feltfair/Facts.
Wrote out a couple paragraphs to post early this morning,"you are unauthorised to post " yet again, was enough to stop me from writing the whole lot out a 2nd time. It was based on two things, yesterdays times, and how they were going to fit 27 runners into what looked a fairly narrow track. There were 15 runners when cloak of cloaks won his race,it looked pretty full with that amountof stalls. Will any of the media lot ask the question, was there fresh ground opened up for this race ? The racing post have todays renewal as a course record time. Ground described as Good ..... Something is not right here. |
