A non-vintage renewal post The Arc. Japan is highly unlikely and possibly ran his last race for the season money has come in for Magical; Addeybb is too short given his credentials and race probably switched to inner track for better ground - he loves it very, very soft; Coronet and Mehdaayih (a questionable race decision by Gosden) look unlikely potent protagonists to me either.

A great opportunity for Magical to do the double (English and Irish Champion Stakes) and AOB to win his 1st English Champion Stakes; 9/4 from 5/1/.

ya what a pittiful field for 770k race . a fresh group 3 horse whom likes the mud or a overcooked gp1 horse whom isnt so keen on the mud . coronet looks to be trained for this , shes a stone short of top class , but , i think she runs her best race of the season here

what a constitution magical has, she will breed some top class horses in the future . the addeyb money has been thwarted by the switch imo . it will be the best run for coronet or magicals class , but , not addeyb

Magical is a confirmed runner. As such and against this field 2/1 is a very good price with one proviso ie if France has not bottomed her out. But, she's proven she's a tough cookie; 2/1...join the gravy train, I reckon.

This meeting is turning into a farce, it's too late in the season with these prestigious races now being run in a bog.

2/1 in a ploughed field not for me

Only a little precipitation on friday then entirely dry on saturday. It's presently good to soft on the inner track (hurdle course).

More money for Magical, into 13/8 or 2.66 (here).
