Surprised he is still available at 8/1 given the state of the ground.
E/W bet to nothing surely? |

unplaced in this last year at 8/1 on same going and behind two no hopers that are back for more.
should be 16/1 imho |

has a 6 year old ever won this race?
four 5 year olds in 40 years, the rest 3 and 4 prob should be longer than 16s gl fellas ![]() |

I take your point about last years race and it does worry me. They really narrow the track compared to the Royal meeting and it didn’t seem to suit him and it paid to race quite handy.
Circus Maximus also looks too big at 8/1 so have backed him too. |

I always take your views seriously, so will see how my lay of this one is looking closer to the day ![]() |

Coolmore saying they are running Magna Grecia and saving Circus Maximus for the Breeders Cup - not what I expected given the ground.

Looking at the Ascot weather report, dry 2day, scattered showers 2moro, dry & breezy Fri & Sat. I'd half expect the str track to be soft come racetime. Think Benbatl is big at 8.6 on here 2day, took that.

i'm quite surprised people think lord glitters likes this ground, i can't find a race that says he really likes it, ok he won a handicap at this meeting off 102 but off that mark you would think he would win. good luck with the wagering it's a brutal betting heat imo

Laid off 2day at 7.2 (Benbatl) weather forecast was ****, he's going to find that str track too testing I think?? Bloody weather :-(

Enjoy your winnings Charlton.
![]() Couldn't have backed the winner with counterfeit - shocking miling division. ![]() Lord Glitters might as well have stayed at home from stall 15. Obviously playing ntepost you don't know the draw. ![]() |
