Lord Glitters has been ultra consistent of late and in the hope the race is run to suit I'll be backing him to run a big one again. Beat The Bank has a chance this time around (bombed out in this race last year on seasonal return) after a battling group 2 win against a fit rival.
I'm not sure how much improvement can be expected from Le Brivido but he can go close whereas I'm sticking my neck out a little bit and predicting that Laurens doesn't get near the winner. The rest have bits and pieces of form to point to but Lord Glitters for me, proven group 1 performer @ 7/1. As you say Uncle, wide open race and I like the turnout for this, something to look forward to. Good luck with Mustashry, he is entitled to improve a tonne since his seasonal debut. |

Another Lockinge high on quantity but low on quality. For me the horse with the best past form is Without Parole. I know people rubbished his SJP win afterwards, and while it wasn't as good as the very best runnings of that race I still think it's the closest thing to true Gp1 form on offer here. The time was a reasonably fast performance, as was his Yarmouth win. The horse just totally lost his form after Ascot. No idea if he will ever recapture his best but at this price against this opposition I don't mind risking a few quid.

I like him too Figgis. Lost his way towards the end of last season but difficult to ignore at a double figure price.

In tipping form is temporary but class is permanent.
![]() Just gutted I had a treble on Thursday night on Magnetic Charm (13/2), Mustashry (11/1) and Sinjaari (6/1) - a shorthead away from £6k. ![]() |

Themightymac, yes can't see any point in them persevering with him now, gone at the game.

ffs, unlucky Uncle. Surely you had doubles too.

Sadly not mac.
Decent singles on all of em and a £10 win treble. At least the loser was the middle leg so I didn’t get too excited. |

Nice work with this one. Just a note on Without Parole, comments in running are as follows "mid div, under pressure when appearing to lose action and eased over 1f out"
Looked unlikely he would get near the principles but still, it leaves a question mark. |
