Really competitive race but gut feeling is one of the more fancied runners will win this so a bit of an obvious selection - but strongly fancy SHABEEB
Owned by local owner Dr Marian Koukash bought from Hamadan Al Maktoum - and moved from Roger Varian to Ian Williams who ran last years winner Magic Circle
Clearly been aimed for this race being and anything the Doctor brings in should be worth serious consideration as he likes to win this race
Distance is an issue never has gone beyond 1m 6 but did win a good handicap last season but think this horse is the class element to the race - nicely weighted and Jim Crowley jocked up.
Another I like is LOW SUN is a big price at 8/1 and really fancy his chances. Last years Cesarewitch winner had CLEONTE back in 3rd. Ryan Moore booked which is interesting, but will probably be top weight. Think has great chance if Magic Circle is declared

you got two very big factors that are missing at the moment . one the draw and two the ground as its likely based on the forecast that the race will be run on soft ground , which your horse doesnt appear to handle , add to that a wide draw and his chance would look very different . hold on a bit

But I am happy with my selections as most wont like the ground. Interesting claimer on board MAGIC CIRCLE but horse is also declared tomorrow I wonder whether they wanted the weights down for Shabeeb? It would be a bit naughty if this was the case :) |

Only watched the replay on tablet,was it tired or jockey couldn't see suprised if more couldn't see in those conditions

you said it iris . made a right horlicks of it , but , you learn and grow wiser . main thing is to see where you got things wrong and move on . i know i got things wrong most times , enthusiasm for the game thats whats important and if you can make a few quid along the way even better
