The market is now live on here with all the runners

Study complete, it's WESTERN RYDER for me. Sound Cheltenham course form, and grabs the hill pretty well. Moohayed and Ballymoy, if I want to back him up with others.

Surprised to see ITCF running tomorrow rather than in the Greatwood ,as unless he turns up on trials day in Jan he wont have any Chelt form prior to a possible CH tilt

Cracking race with ITCF in it tomorrow, Outlaw, it’s cleaned out 3 fancies for the Greatwood, and thankfully thins out a bit of opposition for my WESTERN RYDER and NUBE NEGRA fancies,
I think if ITCF is going to be a grade 1 Hurdler, then the Elite with really decent opposition, at level-ish weights seems a better start to the campaign, rather then getting pulled apart in a big field handicap, with possibly soft ground at Chelters next weekend. |

Fox- Yeah i can see the appeal as if he wins tomorrow he has beat some potentially 150 rated horses off level weights and deserves to sit at the top table going forward. Having said that if he won next week at chelt off 147 he would of done that whilst ticking he handles Chelt off his agenda too, Either way i'm not too fussed as not financially involved on him and very much looking forward to tomorrow.

I've backed Midnight Shadow 20/1. As far as I'm aware he's a definite runner. He won the Scottish Champion hurdle so we know he acts in big fields. He goes on any ground including very deep, so no worries there. Had a run at Wetherby last month (which he'd have won but belted the last 2 hurdles) so is race fit. Seems a lot going for him and don't think Sue Smith would travel south without some expectations.

Surely it should be blatantly obvious that Chemical Nicholas will dominate the main events this weekend Another ' certainty ' theory blown. |
