PACO's ANGEL - 12/1 (with all year round firm)
Looks set to go on Saturday with first run of the season after signing of last year early with a fair effort in the Distaff.
She looked a type to improve, and fits the profile of the winner for this race.
Returning horses have a good record in this race with just 3 winners of the 14 having had a run less then 100 days since their last assignment.
Also 4 and 5yo have dominated proceedings, So the antepost fav Smart Call will need to become the first 6yo to win this event, So i'm entitled to believe a 4yo can improve to win this event.
She was a very useful 3rd in the Sandringham at the Royal meeting last year, So I believe 12-1 is a good price for her chance.
Hopefully she will get a good draw.
