Backed Order of St George win. Hoping his Arc exertions haven`t taken the edge off him.
Like a few races today finding the best horse in the race is easy enough, but it's a big question of whether the best horse will still be in top form at this stage of the season. OOSG is easily the best horse in this race and should've won the Gold Cup only for a poorly judged ride, but I reckon his form has tended to dip late on in past seasons and I thought his Arc effort was a bit worse than his Irish Leger win and his third in last year's race. Therefore while it would obviously be no surprise to see him win I couldn't take the odds on and there are better value odds on bets today, Puig in the tennis, for instance. So a no bet race for me.
Well done Felt, thought he was beaten but got there in the end.
