limerick 14.15

Guys i had 3 £7 back bets on Fabulous Saga. It was a 7 horse race & he came 2nd. Befair in my account had it as a losing bet & took the £21 out of my account. Did anyone else bet on that race & had a problem. I have spoken to them & they are going to correct it, but i was thinking if i hadnt noticed that who would have had my £21, would it be betfair or the person whose actual bet had lost. I know a lot of you guys are very knowledgeable on these things.
Also a couple of months ago or maybe even more do you remember a horse that ran a won but it wasnt him who actually run in that race, it was another horse from the same stable. Well the horse that should have run ( but didnt ) i layed him & as the horse won ( who ran in his name ) i lost around £1,000. What should betfair do about it. Ive emailed them but still nothing. Am i entitled to at least my money back as the hose i bet on to lose didnt actually run at all.
