Took the available 12/1 yesterday on Higher Power

Have taken a chance on Jonjo's Minotaur at 33-1.

Won at listed class when trained in France including a 2 mile handicap win on polytrack. The penny has taken a while to drop over hurdles in britain but has been extremely impressive last twice and if JJ has found the key then he is overpriced.

I too have backed Higher Power. It was a respectable distance behind Big Orange last time but that looks pretty decent now.

Added YORKIDDING 25/1 think that will be a decent price if he turns up... looks likely as only entry ... on a decent mark ... Will chance despite trainers unreliability.

Gone in again on Minotaur.

Jonjo has done well with the few decent flat horses he has had in his care, almost winning the Totesport Mile at Goodwood with Spectait and training Torminator to place in the Cesarewich & Chester Cup before bagging this race. Good to see Fran Berry booked who teamed up with same connections to land the Ascot Stakes on Well Sharp a few years back and is 2-4-7 for Jonjo since his split with Beckett this year. Also interesting that although Fran Berry has booted home plenty of turf winners over in Ireland for JP, his strike rate on the Dundalk AW for him is much better, standing at 7-26 (28%)

Think its well overpriced in a wide open heat.

A bit surprised Flymetothestars hasn't been mentioned yet. Will probably be around 7/2 fav come Saturday .

Maleficent Queen takes my eye today. Books are considerably shorter than has been the case on here over the last couple of days, what are they frightened of? Drawn 3 so got the box seat (last 2 winners have come from that box) was a respectable 5.5 length 4th only other try at the distance where race wasn't ran to suit, notes say left standing when pace lifted, stayed on! Was this a possible experimental run to see if she'd stay with this race in mind?

You guys all know how i work, only usually follow the markets, but this one has took my eye and i had £11 up at 40 on here as a sighter to see if any would match earlier only to witness all the money being taken from 32 to 27 (approx £200 trade) so have changed it to 30. Maybe the books are right to keep her onside, been waiting for a get able 25/1 all day

Just saying, Maleficant Queen, 20/1 and 22/1 with bookmakers yesterday, between 27 and 36 on betfair exchange! Wake up this morning it's 44 on exchange, but never bigger than 33s with books, goes out to 120 on exchange just before off and goes lame as stalls open?
Where was the vet at the start, was he blind??
