I hope Toormore (5/1) can give the weight to the 3yr olds, and dropped in class.

Even at the current shorter price Thikriyaat looks a decent bet on his run behind Ribchester. His latest win was quite a slowly run affair so it shouldn't have taken much out of him and he showed he can handle it if it becomes tactical here. For me Zonderland will have to improve a fair bit on all his form and looks poor value. Lightning Spear has disappointed recently but even if he returns to form I don't believe he's good enough to concede the weight to an on form Thikriyaat. That leaves Toormore and Arod and I think both runners at their best are capable of winning here but Toormore's best form was a long time ago, his Sandown Mile win wasn't that great and Arod looks to have completely lost his way lately after not being very well apparently.

A dismal run from the fav, stumbled out of the stalls and put up a total non performance, was anybody's race from there.
