War Decree was evens 'fav' and Boynton 7/1 but now 15/8 and 9/4 respectively. A result reversal surely, or it is not as clear cut as that, is it?

I think some of the Ascot 2yo form will be turned upside down at Goodwood due to the huge difference in ground conditions. Be an interesting duel but I think Boynton may be one of those horses who only does just enough. I was very impressed with Thunder Snow first time out and he almost certainly hated the Ascot ground. I am very much looking forward to seeing him in the flesh.

I'd be more than hopeful if the connections of War Decree steam into their horse as they did with Highland Reel at the weekend. Incidentally, his price has come in from 5/2 to 6/4 with some bookies.

Impossible123, War Decree was 100/30 into Evens the last day when getting beaten by Boynton, didn't stop the beast getting gubbed there.

That was War Decree's 2nd run but 3lbs better off tomorrow for 3/4l deficit - an excellent chance of a reversal I'd say.

Loads of money again for War Decree,...a different result with a 3lb pull? I hope so.
