I backed Red Baron earlier this week (only one I backed)... so totally agree with you there... think the horse I peaking... like you said
I didn't expect Kimberella to be declared - dilemma horse for me... gut feeling is he came from along position to nab second... so probably had a harder race than what he would expected. God Luck. |

monsieur joe, had no chance with the draw
last week. will take a chance he handles musselburgh 20/1 pp from a seemingly fair draw. |

In the hope of there being plenty of rain I have done Confessional e/w @ 20/1

Im not too put off with the low draw for Red Baron horses have won with a low berth... but guess stats suggests higher, looking at the runners... See the Sun and Judicial look interesting... but I would probably nudge towards Judicial, looking at his race last time out had some good horses behind... with draw age profile he gets the nod.
Good Luck |

Draw 16 won it !
RB blitzed away, but draw( and ground ?) did for him. Duke Of Firenze ran another good race - and possibly unlucky. Definitely one to keep close next time. |

The manager of Mussleburgh was on the Alan Brazil sports breakfast on Talksport on Friday and gave a massive tip for the winner.
Was 25/1+ on here just before the off - wish I had taken the hint. ![]() |

If you listened to, or read the views of every ' tipster' - you'd end up backing every horse in the race.
Throw enough darts....etc. |

yep think Red Baron exerted his energy by coming across - that did his chances despite running well most of the early stages...
The way betting went you would think one of the top 3 would take this .. but Easterby's are on form right now... Also agree with Duke Of Firenxe - 3rd in Epsom dash and 3rd here, was drawn down the middle... stats suggests middle to high... definitely one to keep a note of... does have some hard luck stories... this season As for Kimberella will wait for August - Steward Cup or St Wilfrid... |
