Nicholls as won this 6 out of last 8 years. He has fav. and 2nd fav. Not averse to running more than one in this so I'll take the chance SAMETEGAL, at. 9-1 turns up. Backed him for Cheltenham NRNB so feel I have to bet him here. Paddy Pow. only going 6-1 both Nicholls, who reckons Sametegal isn't well handicapped, not so sure, but he could always put Cobden up.

I like AM, for a short moment it looked like he was going to win the PP at cheltenham.
Hope he wins half the track so they feel obliged to turn out at Cheltenham under a penalty
Roo, very happy with Cobden, thought Sametegal would win before the 7lb claim. Had some more on him for Cheltenham, if wins easily here have a great bet to look forward to. If he disappoints won't run and money back.
Let's just hope one of us gets winner and keeps our Chelt hopes alive. GL

I find xcweather the best, not driven by headlines and global warmers.
No rain overnight in Newbury. Went yesterday and it seemed dead and testing so i might not be back AM. Need to see the times of the first 3 races to convince me.

Same here, his win at newbury reads well if you forget about his last 2 runs, maybe he doesnt like cheltenham. Glad to see Wayne riding for NTD lately, NTD knows a good jockey and also the hatch is rather strong for a claimer.

Cheers lads, hope he goes to Chelt. After that pretty hard to resist. Run some good races there and his jumping can only help. On at 20's but 14's still looks value.
