success days in derby

on my account its stlll showing that I ave lost my money when I ave backed it to win the derby ive emailed betfair but keep a eye on it as they already took this horse out before todays final decs and I want it showing on my list as a open bet

I wonder how many times we're going to have to endure this torturous process before Betfair revert to what they used to do...which was working fine for 99.9% of the people on here.

Betfair -for the umpteenth time....REMOVING HORSES AFTER A SCRATCHING STAGE WHEN THEY WEREN'T SCRATCHED IS NOT A SENSIBLE THING TO DO.

same situation sinfin, both previous backs and lays not accounted for, tried matching a little back, shows as different Success Days in Open Bets

they suspended it lets hope they correct it now why they don't just leave it is beyond me its a anti post market we all understand the risks

And seems like they cancelled transactions made after the horse was re-entered

They cancelled the transactions I'd made on Success Days this afternoon but didn't cancel any other transactions I'd made re: bet/lay on the strength of those transactions. Thanks a lot Betfair, why are you so arrogant that you don't listen to people like The Headmaster who talks sense?
