well I do not usually do write ups I leave that to the pro's on here but just thought there was an interesting one in this so here go's.
The Draw is quite important here, the last 7 years results will tell you if your drawn in stall 1.2.3. or 4 you have it all to do.
2014...20...5...19...14.......20 ran soft, good to soft in places 2013...18...3....5.....11......15 ran good to soft, good in places 3 non runners 2012...16...6....18...7........19 ran good 2011....8....7....3.....14......20 ran good, good to firm in places 2010....11..8....17....9.......13 ran good to firm 2009...15...13..17...16......16 ran soft 2008....12...10..9....1........15 ran good to firm
I take on board the pace can be in different parts of the race but it looks like low numbers have a lot to do.
three of the first five in the betting are drawn low TATLISU (1) PIPERS NOTE (3) ANOTHER WISE KID (5). the current fav POLYBIUS has bagged draw (17). 20 runners declared.
One that interests me is FAST SHOT (7). This bay gelding has run in this race twice, 2014 finished 4th (14) and 2012 (18) finished 3rd when drawn high in both races. Also the same 7LB claimer who rode both times, takes the ride again on Wednesday afternoon. Jockey is 2/2 getting the horse placed in this race.
Negatives.....Aged 7yrs old, drawn 7, higher would have been better. Rachel Richardson 7LB claimer ???? possibly not the strongest in a finish and the other 19 runners however just taken 25/1 with paddy and I will back worst 25/1 pokes.
