Yeah I think you're right, may have been overlooking him. Frankie rode him very well lto, I think that was his best performance. Showed a really nice turn of foot and sustained it to the line. Although I'm already on Estidhkaar I actually think Muhaarar has a better chance of staying on pedigree, and I worry about Estidhkaar's lack of gears despite his relentless pace. Susceptible to a kick. Just seen that Hanagan's had the option of riding Estidhkaar or another horse twice and both times he's chosen the other one (been beaten both times too). Problem is that big money is laying at 55. Doesn't look like getting a run. Shame.

If the ground is fast, he prob will line-up in our Gns.
Chance if he gets the mile well, not certain on breeding. Could be more of a Jersey Stks horse for Royal Ascot (7f) |

Interesting re Hanaghan not riding Estidhkar....Muhaarar has been left in the decs today so maybe Charlie Hills has seen sense. British horses have a dire record in French guineas last winner was Victory Note for Chapple Hyam back in 1990's! (unless you include Godolphin's Shamardal).
I see Muhaarar is back into 29/1 on betfair ... |

Oh my apologies, I think it's just the once - Muhaarar in the Greenham. I went through the other day and thought there were 2 occurrences - must have been that he actually picked correctly the 2nd time.

There were two horses for him to choose from in the handicap won by Dissolution last week and he chose wrong there, too.

Tricky call if both line-up.
Thought the winner won a bit snug last Sat. |

Yeah I'm an Estidhkaar backer but I watched the race again & thought they could have gone round again, same result. No sure why they're going down French 2000 route if that's the plan. Have backed at 70s just incase.
