Won some decent races... dour stayer was earmarked as a future grand national horse after winning a trial ...ok may prefer heavy - yet shown absolutely nothing since... but yard persisting with this horse...
Is there a rule that states if you have 3 consecutive Ps - there is a penalty or something...
Anyway, im putting a tenner on @33s hoping for a De-ja-vu...

Rig de B was put up 16lbs for an easy win..........the thing is in the mud on a track where the front 1 gets away your normally on a slow horse that goes 1 speed........do U knock it abt to close the gap or do U presume that it will come back to U...........U can imagine that shes been on the phone to the Hcpper moaning caus they dont normally drop U for pulling up at the end of the day if U beat a decent field by 10 lenth the Hcpper has no choice.......on a fair mark now

Very annoying - was down in grade this time... realistic mark and loves Newbury...
Did I back him... Erm No
Why, cos the race was not priced up in the RP this morning... so ignored it... eventhough I knew it could win...
kicking myself..? Yes...

Yes, ground was against him that time ... would have been interesting on the mark he was on Midlands National....
Anyway, Not sure why the race was not priced up in the morning (or antepost either) - seemed to be the most obvious race... I only bet on priced up races and only in a single race... chasing the value can be a hidrance sometimes when there is a more obvious winnner on the card ...
Btw, I went for the 2pm race at Newbury - considering there were no trainer comments in the RP... No Gerald Delamere view on it... or trends... just prices... that made me more annoyed - as you are betting with one eye shut... as for Carruthers winning (and a whole column in RP yersterday page 2 ) still made me happy and taught me a little lesson for next time.

Wot stops me betting is when I win.......Im well in front this month so think im being clever wiv my bet sellection...........not wanting to give it back & shooting myself in the foot
