Presume PA has had another setback but can anyone confirm? Last I saw from WM was expected out over Xmas but obviously that didn't happen.

Feb is when they intend to run him

Really PF? Where did you hear that? Surely can't go to Cheltenham. Powers Gold Cup maybe.

Declared last week for the World Hurdle chaps, he's still in the list, for what it's worth.

Walsh said today on RUK that he's in full work.

It does appear that he is not entered in RSA - insufficient time anyway. With very big doubts about Briar Hill could PA be their rep in the World Hurdle.

I remember this horse was punted like there was no tomorrow for the Neptune back in 2013, was smashed into a day before the festival shortened from 9/4 into 6/4 ish on the day for chunks. Really hope he makes it back as he was a very interesting horse

Walsh even told Nicholl's not to bother entering one as it was past the post.

Anyone got any further news on PA? Still got an entry in the WH but hard to believe they'd pitch up there for its first run for two years. Trading at 150+ on here.

18 Feb update, Pont Alexandre: He has a mountain to climb to get there but I stuck him in. He’s just all right. I’m not going to tell you that he’s good. He’s probably more of a Fairyhouse or Punchestown horse. He’s just had a few setbacks.
Mullins signaling all the negatives so I wouldn't touch him for Chelt.. Hopefully Douvan won't take the same route with the similar Pont hype that Mullins puts him through "He’s one of the nicest horses we have ever had going to Cheltenham" Crazy
