I wouldnt back any novice or juvenile hurdlers from England to mix it with Willie Mullins big guns.

it could be the same with chasers shortly too. Vautour, Don Poli, Valseur Lido etc.

I am aware of that but there are plenty of races that Mullins doesn't target and apart from Faugheen he hasn't had any luck over here so far.

Based on ratings etc you're right Stevo. I just liked the way he got headed then battled back to win lto at exeter. he is brave and determined and got an engine. Likely to run at chelt in couple of wks so we'll know more.

Return Spring looks like an extreme stayer so the NH chase might be his festival target.

Like Return Spring few wins out of him, think novice handicaps way to go?

I would have to add Robinsfirth to my list following his win at Exeter today. He may be too big for hurdling at the top level but he is an exciting long term project.

Four of my list have won since and all remain unbeaten this season.

Jollyallen again. Very good horse and big enough to be better over further and fences.

The Grey Taylor just failed to give a stone to a Boy named Suzie.
