Backed Es Que Love for the Lennox Stakes with SJ at 33/1, placed the bet on Sunday. It was non runner no bet but no mention of rule 4 etc. They've taken 25p in the pound out of my winnings. When I've placed bets with other bookmakers when it's been non runner no bet it has been stated that rule 4 may apply and I'm sure that when I've placed bets on cheltenham NRNB there haven't been deductions for non runners. Just checking what they've done is okay?

After approx Sunday 11.00 am ( final declarations made) the race became a day or race market so they entitled to do a R4. If the bet was placed
prior to 10.00am Sunday then still an AP book so no rule 4. |
