Just the sort the Luca has aimed at the race.

my first thought after today's race was Ebor (he ran a decent race in the Melrose at last year's Ebor Meeting).
Looks like he needs a fast surface to give of his best though so that, along with Cumani's Melbourne Cup quest, might well see you proven correct. |

Caught the eye at Ascot.

I like the horse but will he like the soft ground?

He was 3rd in the mile and 6 Melrose with give in the ground last summer.

I know but on that form Dashing Star has the beating of him, his best performance was on fast ground. I wouldn't be shocked if he was pulled out tomorrow.
