Not sure why Briar Hill is most experts banker of the festival?  i've looked at his last couple of races, & it hasn't been convincing to be honest. Any thoughts?  seems pretty short at 3.25 on here.....
perhaps not many challengers in the field??

It's a race which often seems to fall apart with a hot pot backed into a short price following the better horses running in the Neptune. So I can see why this and Kings Palace are short enough but outside of his champion bumper win he hasn't set the world alight over hurdles and has looked pretty average. Maybe he's one who only does enough because they do seem very confident about him.

I've been fond of him since his bumper win but the amount of confidence behind the horse seems extremely high. His only run that would suggest he's a bit of a machine is his bumper run and there's plenty of holes in that looking back. I couldn't be backing him at 2/1 because on form he should be 3rd fav. I'm also still unconvinced about the trip for him. His idle ways could be playing tricks with people.

Big fan of this horse myself & fully expect him to win the Albert B next wk.
Better ground will suit & we know he likes Chelts.
Your right about the price tho, hopefully there is at least 3s on offer come Fri morn.
One of my strongest fancies of the wk.
