The probs with this horse is the trainer has already stated that he would need it soft to take his chance in the G-Cup. Unlike most people down south, you will need it to keep raining for the next couple of wks.

notice here in Derbyshire the ground drying out considerably this week, forecast until Gold Cup day looking mostly dry, so imo soft at best. Add to that the owner might not run because of the Fenton Court case, glad that I have non runner no bet!

10 day forecast gives us 5 rainy days in Cheltenham, looks like end of next week the wettest.
Looking further ahead don't look too bad, but their is rain about.

Never trust a long range weather forecast imo.
